This three-hour evening course provides a foundational overview of digital dentistry workflows and how technologies such as intraoral scanners, CBCT, planning software, and in-office 3D printing can enhance implant treatment. This two-day hands-on course focuses on the management of complicated dental extractions and the principles and techniques of bone preservation. Participants will learn efficient operatory setup, surgical PPE protocols, retraction techniques, and proper assisting methods.
Clinical demonstrations include sectioning, suturing, bone grafting, socket evaluation for implants, and removal of impacted wisdom teeth. The practical component features supervised extractions with Dr. Sajid Syed, providing real-world surgical experience in a controlled setting.
